Hohem iSteady Multi is a 3-in-1 gimbal for smartphone, compact camera (mirroless cameras NOT included) and action cameras. This stabilizer with biggest payload of 400g (0.9lbs) can work with compact cameras, the height of which don’t exceed 65mm (2.5inches). It can work with SONY RX100 M7/ Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark 3/ Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX10/ Gopro Hero8 (mount frame required)/Sony RX10. MUST-KNOW:
#Please DON’T power on iSteady Multi without any device on it or the gimbal will spin like crazy because it can’t sense any weight.
#Gimbal Balancing is NECESSORY. iSteady Multi is a gimbal with 3 axes therefore all of those three axes need to be balanced one by one until your device can be balanced. Mounting and leveling the gimbal in wrong way will cause vibration, noise and malfunction. Therefore, we strongly suggest you should take a few minutes to watch the tutorial videos in related videos. Besides, there are lots of tutorial videos on YOUTUBE HOHEM that will help you master the gimbal easily.

#If the firmware needs to be upgraded, please make sure the internet functions well when downloading installment package and fully charge your gimbal before upgrading.

FAQ:
Why does iSteady Multi vibrate and shake when your phone or camera mounted?
When your device is not mouted and leveled properly or the screws are not tightened enough,there would be vibrations and shake.
Solution:
1. Take off your phone case when using iSteady Multi.
2. Tighten the screw attched to quick release plate as tight as you can, please use a coin to tighten it if necessary.
3. Following the steps in tutorial video, carefully adjust three axes (pan, tilt & roll axis) one by one until the three axes can keep balanced naturally.
4. Adjust the motor response in the app according to the weight of your device. If your device is heavy, raise the motor response in the app. Otherwise, lower the motor response.
